At They Might Be Giants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in their original box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the merchandise back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
